House Design Pricing Consultation

New Home Design consultation fees are $50 and are held at our location. 

For Additions & Remodels, the onsite consultation fee is $75 and are held at the project site. 

Please note that consultation fee payments are required at the time of booking.

Pricing for our custom house plans is based on square footage at $1.45 per square foot under roof. 

This includes up to 4 complete sets of drawings with site plan (Please note that the owner must provide a current survey in CAD or PDF format.). Additional plan sets may be purchased if needed. 

It's important to mention that engineering and/or M.E.P services are not included, but references are available upon request.

Pricing will be determined during the onsite consultation. An engineer review may be required for wind load, structural, or M.E.P. design and calculations prior to plan completion, which is not included in the process / cost. 

PDF copies will be provided to client and CAD files can be sent directly to the engineer of your choice.
